Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to repair and maintain our fleet under supervision. The role involves preventive maintenance, safety checks, service calls, and completing repairs identified on Vehicle Condition Reports.

You will assist Lead Mechanics and ensure a clean, safe work area in line with OSHA standards. We offer an extensive benefits package, generous PTO, a 401k with company match, tuition/college programs, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Diesel mechanics with experience levels welcome.
• Valid driver's license required.

Experience, Education, Certification

• Equivalent of (1) high school diploma or G.E.D. certification
• Valid driver license

• Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills
• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
• Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
