Position Purpose:
We value the safety of our associates! The Diesel Technician - Class B keeps our associates safe by repairing, maintaining, and overhauling all company fleet diesel equipment to ensure safe operation and compliance standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair, including preventive maintenance, tire & wheel, brakes, diagnosis, electrical troubleshooting, and refrigeration.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or Technical Degree, Vocational/Trade School Diploma
5-7 years of experience in similar repairs, with certifications in tire & wheel, brakes, AC/EPA, DOT inspections, transmissions, engines, ASE Heavy Duty preferred.
