Benefits and Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $34.54 per hour
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 each quarter
• Sign-On Bonus: $1250 at 30 days and $1250 at 90 days
• Toolbox/Tool Allowance
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off
• Hours: Second shift, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certifications are preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including routine maintenance like oil changes, brake and tire work
• Two or more years of related classroom training and work experience preferred
• Valid CDL Class A preferred

Note: You must be able to drive Ryder vehicles and obtain a CDL within 6 months, pass drug tests, physical, road test, and background checks.
