Job summary

Ontario Bus Inc. is seeking an experienced diesel mechanic to join our growing school bus fleet. You will perform regular preventive maintenance inspections and help prepare buses for DOT inspections, ensuring safety and reliability for our riders.

This full-time position offers a variety of shifts (day, night, 8–12 hour options) with overtime and weekends as needed. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $26.00 per hour, and benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Required).
• Driver's License (Required).
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance inspections on school bus fleet.
• Prepare fleet for Department of Transportation inspections.
• Maintain a detail-oriented shop environment.

Job description

School Bus fleet Mechanic for detail oriented shop. We are looking for an Experience Diesel Mechanic Technician / Auto Mechanic to add to our growing fleet. Individual will perform regular PM inspections along with preparing fleet for DOT Inspections. Pay rate based on experience.
