• Prior experience as a diesel mechanic or fleet mechanic is required.
• Ability to work 2nd shift: Monday through Friday, 12 pm - 8:30 pm.

We are immediately hiring a Diesel Mechanic Technician for our Miller Truck Leasing division in Allentown, PA. With over 100 years of experience and over 8,000 trucks on the road, Miller operates 40 Diesel Maintenance shops across KY, MD, PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, and NH. • Diesel Mechanic Technician Duties:
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and general reconditioning of Class 1 through Class 8 vehicles, including refrigeration vehicles.
• Diagnose, document, and repair engine fault codes using OEM software, following warranty procedures.
• Repair or replace brakes, steering components, suspension, and perform alignments.
• Replace clutches and transmissions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic.
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 1-7 diesel tractors.
• Valid CDL (Class A or B).
• Own tools.
• Ability to work 2nd shift: Monday through Friday, 12 pm - 8:30 pm.
