WM in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to maintain trucks and equipment serving millions of customers across the USA. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, 2nd shift starting at 2:00 pm, and a secure, shop-based environment at our Melbourne site.

You’ll diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems, estimate labor and parts, follow safety procedures, and document work.

Qualificações

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Over 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without accommodations.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems.
• Estimate time and material costs for repairs and parts.
• Work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain safety and a clean, safe work area per OSHA standards.
