United Rentals is seeking a Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech III) in Boston, MA. You will perform safe maintenance and repair on a range of equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, while maintaining thorough documentation and providing excellent customer service.

You may travel to customer sites, assist with training, and support equipment pick-up/delivery. A High School diploma and valid license are required, along with 3–5 years of hands-on repair experience and

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools.
• Must own tools applicable to position.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong mechanical background knowledge of engines.

Responsabilidades

• Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex rental equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, diesel).
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed.
• Maintain paperwork/electronic work orders daily.
• Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required; keep service vehicle clean and professional.
• Assist with pickup and delivery of equipment & parts.
• Other duties as needed.
