Job Details

• Permanent contract
• Full-time
• Salary: from $28.29 to $37.71 gross per hour
• High school diploma, A levels, GED, GCSE required

Profile & Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'safety first' attitude
• Repair bus sub-components, requiring good computer skills and the ability to interpret schematics
• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
• Operate independently, managing time effectively
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
• Preferred: 1 year heavy equipment maintenance experience, 2 years technical degree or equivalent, additional technical training
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with CDL endorsement
• Experience with diagnostic computer equipment and software
• Knowledge of ADA equipment, air conditioning, brakes, chassis, engine, lighting, safety equipment, tires, and transmissions
• Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience

Additional Information

Rate depends on experience: $28.29 to $37.71 per hour.
