Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical, suspension, HVAC, or trailer systems.
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with computers for reporting and diagnostics.
• Effective communication with teammates and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with tractor and trailer repairs.
• Conduct DOT inspections and brake inspections/repairs.
• Service air systems and brakes as needed.
• Perform entry-level diagnostics on various systems.
• Learn troubleshooting procedures and failure analysis.
• Lift/install heavy CMV components with proper safety.
• Ensure accurate labor and parts are charged to repair orders.
• Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work area.
• Engage in welding and light fabricating as required.
