Swift Transportation in Los Lunas, NM is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to service a large fleet at 670 Los Morros Rd, with a pay range of $22–$32 per hour and a 3pm–3am shift from Wednesday to Saturday, alternating Wednesdays.

This role offers extensive benefits, ongoing training, and career growth opportunities within a leading national fleet. You will perform preventive maintenance and complex repairs on tractors, trailers and allied equipment in a hands-on shop environment.

Qualificações

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Comprehensive background check.
• Pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a quality preventative maintenance inspection and repairs on all company owned equipment, to include tractors, trailers, refrigerated units and support equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to appropriate specifications (OEM, DOT, Swift, etc.).
• Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose and perform minor and/or complex repairs for all equipment.
• Disassemble, repair and re-assemble of Heavy Truck & Trailer components.
• Perform tire maintenance to include: repairs, failure analysis, coding, identification.
