Job summary

indus is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicle systems, including brakes, driveline, and suspension, with routine maintenance such as oil changes. Second/third shift hours are negotiable within 2nd and 3rd shift.

The candidate should have strong mechanical aptitude, a good work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma and basic tools are required, with benefits and safety programs available.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic training or experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and medical card required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Performs general mechanical repairs on vehicles.
• Conducts inspections for mechanical services.
• Repairs gas and diesel engines, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic systems.
• Performs scheduled maintenance on trucks and trailers.
• Performs other duties as required.
