Job description

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking to hire several Diesel Mechanics / Fleet Technician A's to perform repairs and maintenance on our tractor and trailer equipment at our new Martin Brower shop in Philadelphia. These positions will initially be based out of Coatesville until the new shop opens in Q4 2025.

Shifts Available:

1. Sunday-Wednesday 5:00am - 3:30pm
2. Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 9:30pm
3. Sunday-Wednesday OR Tuesday-Friday 2:00pm - 12:30am

Pay: $35.00-$41.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform repair, maintenance, and overhaul of fleet diesel equipment, including diagnostics and rebuilding of clutches and brake systems.
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders related to repairs and preventative maintenance using the online AssetWorks system.
• Operate a company vehicle to diagnose and repair equipment during roadside service calls.
• Ensure equipment has the required licensing and registration before being deemed "roadworthy."
• Install, replace, and repair onboard computers (XRS or XataNet) and cameras (DriveCam).
• Work in accordance with company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations to ensure safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license to operate applicable company vehicles.
• Own tools meeting minimum requirements.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Technical school certification.
