Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician A to assist with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment at our Martin Brower shop in Manassas, VA.

Shift:

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Pay:

$30.00-35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and overhaul of fleet diesel equipment, including diagnostics and rebuilding of clutches and brake systems.
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders using the online AssetWorks system.
• Operate a company vehicle for roadside service calls.
• Ensure equipment has the required licensing and registration before being deemed "roadworthy".
• Install, replace, and repair onboard computers (XRS or XataNet) and/or cameras (DriveCam).
• Work in accordance with safety policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Own tools (minimum tool requirement).

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Technical School Certification.
