The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically skilled, and able to diagnose and repair issues to keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently. This position offers steady, year‑round work with a growing company across Connecticut and the Northeast.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks and service vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair engine, hydraulic, pump, and electrical issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
• Maintain service logs and repair documentation.
• Assist with repairs on portable restroom service equipment and trailers when needed.

Requirements

• Experience working on diesel engines, trucks, or fleet vehicles.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pumps is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus but not required).
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
