Turn Around Communications, Inc. is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of commercial trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment in Montebello, California.

The position offers W2 full-time employment with competitive pay ($20-$40 per hour) and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and career development. You will diagnose Ford diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, and perform preventative maintenance in shop or field settings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of diesel mechanic or fleet maintenance experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing Ford diesel trucks with diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, electrical systems, trailers, and DOT requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, and time-management; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Ford diesel engines, trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and fleet service using diagnostics.
• Repair hydraulic, brake, electrical, suspension, and trailer systems.
• Maintain service records and support fleet inspections and field repairs.
