Job summary

Greenbush Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to repair and maintain diesel engines, trucks, and trailers including company-owned Kenworth, Freightliner, Volvo, and Mack trucks, as well as Hyundai and Linde lift trucks. You will analyze problems, perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, and ensure equipment runs reliably.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of tractor/trailer/forklift mechanical experience (Required).
• At least one year of diesel engine repair experience preferred.
• At least one year of mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Must have recognized diesel mechanic certifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and interpret technical information necessary to make required repairs.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, trucks, and trailers.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions and validate work performed.
• Ensure safety by following all company policies, including safety rules and Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
• Complete all assigned work orders within the time allotted with thorough records and cross-department communication.
