As a Diesel Mechanic - Experienced (Service Tech IV), you'll perform maintenance and repairs of complex equipment with limited supervision, in a safe and professional manner. You'll have opportunities for growth and leadership within our Service Department, while providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on various rental and customer equipment, using independent judgment.
• Travel to customer sites for repairs/maintenance as needed; keep service vehicle clean and professional.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians.
• Maintain documentation of work performed accurately and timely.
• Assist with equipment and parts pickup/delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• 5+ years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, schematics, and diagrams.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs. frequently.
