Qualifications

• Diagnose engine and system problems using diagnostic computers, scan tools, and mechanical inspection.
• Repair and overhaul diesel engines, including cylinder heads, fuel injectors, turbochargers, and exhaust systems.
• Service and repair vehicle systems such as transmission, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, fuel, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid service, and routine inspections.
• Test repaired vehicles to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain service records and prepare mechanical maintenance reports.
• Fabricate or weld components when necessary for repairs or modifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure vehicles meet operational and safety requirements.
