You will work with the service team, communicate findings, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with equipment specs. Applicants should have 2+ years' experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Technology, and own tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed
• Must have own tools
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems per manufacturer specifications with high-quality workmanship
• Document findings and communicate timelines clearly with the Service Manager, team, and customers
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and service capabilities; identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
• Follow safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work

Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments
