As a Diesel Mechanic – Customer Equipment Solutions (Service Tech III - CES), you'll perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment with limited supervision, ensuring safety and professionalism. This role offers opportunities for growth into leadership positions within our Service Department, with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment, using independent judgment
• Travel to customer sites for equipment repair/maintenance as needed; keep service vehicle clean and organized
• Assist in training lower-level technicians
• Document work performed accurately and promptly
• Upsell and demonstrate equipment to customers
• Assist with equipment and parts pickup/delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• 3-5 years of experience in equipment repair/maintenance
• Advanced mechanical skills and tool knowledge
• Knowledge of construction equipment and engines
• Ability to read schematics and diagrams
• Own tools applicable to the position
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs frequently
