As a Diesel Mechanic – Customer Equipment Solutions (Service Tech III - CES), you’ll perform maintenance and complex repairs on customer-owned equipment in a safe and professional manner. You will have opportunities to grow and advance within our Service Department, and are expected to provide exceptional customer service.

What you'll do:

• Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex customer-owned equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Maintain documentation of work performed (work orders) accurately and promptly.
• Upsell and demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Travel to customer sites for repair/maintenance as needed; keep service vehicle clean and professional.
• Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• 3-5 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and engines.
• Own applicable tools.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs. frequently.

This position is deemed Safety Sensitive.

Compensation Range: $27.40 - $41.10
