Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment. The role requires accurate diagnostics, hands-on repairs, and clear communication with customers and the service team.

You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and safety standards. Applicants should have 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, own tools, and the ability to travel for training as needed.

Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
• Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments
