We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician to join our growing Fleet Maintenance Department at our Carteret, NJ shop.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks
• Troubleshoot and repair brakes, air systems, electrical components, suspension systems, etc.
• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, and exhaust after-treatment systems
• Inspect and replace components as required

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience repairing and maintaining Class 8 trucks
• A complete set of heavy-duty truck technician hand tools
• Vocational or technical training in diesel or heavy-duty vehicles; HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude
