Diesel Mechanic
Worcester, MA

Days: Monday - Friday
Shift: 8am- 4:30 pm

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Diesel Mechanic with Class 8 truck experience working out of a Truck dealership opportunity in Worcester, MA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Diesel Mechanics will have experience in a shop floor environment diagnosing and repairing heavy and medium duty diesel trucks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 7+ years of diesel mechanic experience
• Candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills, basic computer skills, be able to pay close attention to details, be able to analyze problems, identify root causes, and be able to work in a team environment
• Candidates must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, squat to perform tasks, be able to stand and walk for periods at a time and be able to lift 50 Lbs.
• Must have the minimum tools as required.
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
