Pay: Hourly 18-35hr — Based on Experience and performance bonuses.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 7 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 6 PM.
- Every other Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM.
What You’ll Do:
As a Diesel Technician, you’ll play a key role in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of gasoline and diesel trucks and equipment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines. (Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth, International, Isuzu, Ford, GMC)
- Servicing and maintaining engine, aftertreatment, clutch, transmission, suspension, braking HVAC, and cooling systems
- Conducting DOT-compliant inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Preparing and submitting accurate documentation, including work orders, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality control forms.
- Identifying required parts and recommending repair solutions.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality service.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- 4+ years of experience in diesel diagnostics and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various makes and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, follow safety protocols, and work independently.
- Must be able to pass drug tests (random testing applies).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel when needed.

This position involves working indoors & outdoors in all weather conditions. Candidates must be comfortable working independently or with limited supervision and be resourceful enough to solve complex repairs in the field or shop.
