Job summary

Sealing Agents in Nashville region is seeking highly skilled mechanics to service and maintain a large fleet. You will work in foundation coating and material spreading, supporting 250+ vehicles and ensuring fleet safety and performance.

The role requires 5+ years in diesel engine repair, hydraulics experience preferred, and a safe, drug-free driving record. Flexible schedule, on-site work, and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• A-level technician with diesel and gas engine expertise.
• Hydraulics experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in diesel engine repair, mechanical knowledge, and diagnostic software preferred (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply).
• Safe driving record and drug-free (must pass a drug test).
• Physically fit to meet the demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform lube and automotive maintenance.
• Operate vehicles safely and provide mechanical support for fleet vehicles.
• Conduct maintenance tasks indoors and outdoors, with bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, kneeling as needed.
• Lift up to 70 lbs repetitively.
• Deliver excellent service to staff and customers.
• Commit to a flexible schedule, with occasional 10-12 hour days as needed.
• Maintain prompt daily attendance at the assigned location.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Pay depends on experience.
