Position Summary

The Agents Companies are seeking highly motivated mechanics to join our team in the Nashville Region. In this role, you will service and maintain large trucks in the foundation coating and material spreading division and help manage a fleet of over 250 vehicles. Whether in the shop or on the road, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards for fleet performance and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform lube and automotive maintenance
• Operate vehicles safely and provide mechanical support for fleet vehicles
• Conduct maintenance tasks indoors and outdoors, with the ability to bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as needed
• Lift up to 70 lbs repetitively
• Deliver excellent service to staff and customers
• Commit to a flexible schedule, with occasional 10-12 hour days as needed
• Maintain prompt, daily attendance at the assigned location
• Perform additional duties as assigned
