Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an experienced Diesel Mechanic in Middletown, PA for a contract-to-hire role. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on diesel trucks, mainly Ford, Mack, and International.

The job emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, independent work, and safety. 2nd shift is 3:00PM-11:00PM with pay from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour plus benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of diesel mechanic experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage repairs from diagnosis to completion.
• CDL Class A or B (or ability to obtain within one year) preferred.
• PA State Inspection License and OSHA/MSHA certifications are a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to help support the rebuild and growth of our trucking maintenance operation. This role focuses primarily on Ford, Mack, and International trucks. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
