Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on diesel and non-diesel trucks and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including small engine repairs.
• Troubleshoot using computer diagnostics tools.
• Coordinate outsourced repairs with external vendors when needed.
• Maintain accurate repair records, work orders, and purchase orders.
• Ensure all vehicles meet inspection and registration requirements.
• Travel to job sites as needed to perform repairs.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and team members regarding equipment status.

Job description

We are seeking an experiencedDiesel Mechanicto support a growing operation in Middleborough, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of diesel and non-diesel vehicles and equipment, ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and keeping equipment in top condition.

Pay & Schedule

• Middleborough, MA
  
• $30 – $40/hr(based on experience)
  
• Afternoon shift starting at 12 noon-830pm
  
• Full or part time
  
• Overtime available (including nights/weekends)

What You’ll Do
