Job summary

Mac Haik Southway Ford in Texas is expanding its brand-new 22-bay Ford Pro Elite Commercial Service Facility and seeks experienced diesel technicians. You will fix Ford Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax engines, perform advanced diagnostics, and support fleet customers in a modern, high-capacity shop.

Qualifications

• Experienced diesel technicians with strong diagnostic abilities and experience in Ford Power Stroke, Cummins and Duramax engines.
• Familiarity with fuel, emissions and electrical diagnostic procedures.
• Experience with medium-duty trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diesel repairs and diagnostics in a high-volume Ford Pro Elite facility.
• Support Ford Pro commercial fleet customers with quality workmanship.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Minimize downtime by efficient repairs and proactive planning.
• Collaborate with parts and service management to ensure seamless workflows.
• Aim to maximize productive hours and maintain high standards of workmanship.
