Position: Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech III)

As a Diesel Mechanic, you will perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment, ensuring safety and professionalism. This role offers opportunities for growth into higher technician and leadership roles within our Service Department, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe maintenance and repairs on rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Travel to customer sites for repairs when necessary, maintaining a clean and professional service vehicle.
• Assist with equipment and parts pickup and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• 3-5 years of experience in repairing/maintaining equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools and engines.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs.
