Job summary

Titan Machinery is hiring a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy diesel equipment. You will work with our service team to ensure quality workmanship and timely service for customers.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience or an associate degree in diesel technology, plus the ability to travel for offsite training and to bring your own tools. Titan offers a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• Willingness to travel to offsite training facilities; must have own tools.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently; excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and timelines clearly with the Service Manager, service team, and customers.
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing training and identify service opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations.

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
• Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments
