As a Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech III), you'll perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment, ensuring safety and professionalism. This role offers opportunities for growth into higher technician and leadership positions within our Service Department. Providing exceptional customer service is a key expectation.

Responsibilities

1. Perform safe maintenance and repair of rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
2. Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
3. Maintain documentation of work performed accurately and timely.
4. Travel to customer sites for repairs when required, maintaining a professional service vehicle.
5. Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
3. 3-5 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
4. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools and engines.
5. Own tools applicable to the position.
6. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
7. Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs frequently.
