Responsibilities

• Perform in‑house service and maintenance on our own fleet of trucks
• Diagnose and repair vehicles for our fleet customers
• Use advanced scan tools, technical knowledge, and training to troubleshoot diesel and trailer issues
• Provide parts lists to supervisors/advisors to ensure efficient repair flow

Qualifications

• Experience working on diesel vehicles, trailers, heavy‑duty equipment, or similar machinery
• Ability to provide your own tools
• Valid driver's license
• Strong technical skills
• Must have the ability to pass a background check

Having technical education, years of diesel/technical experience, and a CDL are preferred but not required.

Benefits

• Pay: $80,000–$100,000 annually, including overtime pay, based on experience and skill level.
• Schedule: Full‑time schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM (Mon‑Fri) or 8 AM and 5 PM (Mon‑Fri), with every other Saturday morning as part of rotating coverage. Overtime is available!
