Know diesel? We’ve got a bay with your name on it.

Your skills should move your paycheck.

$20–$40/HOUR Based on experience and skill level

And that’s not where the earning opportunity stops.

We don’t want parts changers. We want problem solvers. The warning light is the beginning of the conversation. Not the answer. A strong technician asks: What failed? Why did it fail? What else should I check? How do I fix it right? That diagnostic mindset matters here. You’ll use scan tools, diagnostic software, technical information, electrical testing, mechanical knowledge, and good old-fashioned experience to find the actual problem — not just throw parts at it.
