We are seeking an enthusiastic Diesel Mechanic to join our Atlas Terminal Company team. Under supervision, the Diesel Mechanic II will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel trucks, semi-trailers, and auxiliary systems (APUs, liftgates, reefer motors, etc.) in a safe and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess advanced knowledge of heavy trucking equipment, diesel engine repair, electrical troubleshooting, and related subsystems.
• Maintain a professional set of repair tools and equipment.
• Use specialized diesel engine diagnostic tools effectively.
• Diagnose and repair a variety of heavy trucking equipment makes and models.
• Apply knowledge of DOT, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
