Aerotek is hiring an IMMEDIATE LEAD AIR DUCT TECHNICIAN for a fulltime, contract-to-hire role based in Edison, NJ. Pay is $22-25/hr, with a 6am–3pm, Monday–Friday schedule. You may start immediately with no interview and will lead a team, travel to client sites, and perform duct cleaning, replacement and repairs onsite.

HVAC certification is required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) plan, life insurance and disability coverage.

IMMEDIATE LEAD AIR DUCT TECHNICIAN POSITIONS AVAILABLE! ($22-25/HR)

Large company with opportunity for growth looking for a LEAD AIR DUCT TECHNICIAN to join their team

Pay: $22-25/hr

Location: Cedar Grove, NJ

Shift: 6am-3pm Monday-Friday

-Must be flexible to different work hours and open to working on weekends when needed

Job Description:

• Must have HVAC certification

-Must have leadership experience along with managing a team

-Ability to clean, replace, and fix air ducts units

-Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain compressors, pumps, and small appliances is a plus

-Utilize company vehicle to travel to client sites

*Position is a fulltime and permanent role

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
