THE JOB OF DIESEL MECHANIC INVOLVES

• Conducting regular maintenance checks on machinery, systems, and vehicles and diagnosing issues as necessary.
• Performing routine maintenance.
• Assembling mechanical components according to specifications.
• Monitoring machines and trucks and overseeing diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records.
• Monitoring inventory and ordering parts and equipment as needed.
