Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. is seeking a skilled mechanic to diagnose and repair vehicles and machinery, liaise with clients and drivers to determine requirements, and provide routine inspections. The role includes preparing quotes, logging all work, and maintaining safety standards.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, in a standard shop environment with competitive hourly pay. Candidates should have one year of mechanic experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicles and/or machinery and diagnose issues.
• Liaise with clients and drivers to determine requirements and communicate problems.
• Provide routine inspections and inform clients of issues.
• Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested.
• Keep an accurate log of all work performed.
• Maintain and clean garage equipment to ensure safety and usability.
• Adhere to company safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibility Profile

• Assess vehicles and/or machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues .
• Liaise with clients and drivers to determine their automotive requirements and communicate vehicular defects or problems .
• Provide routine inspections of vehicles and inform clients of any issues .
• Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested .
• Keep an accurate log of all work performed .
• Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are always kept in a safe and usable condition.
• Adhere to company work safety policies .
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift : Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.

Pay range: $30-$35 p/h depending on experience.

• High school diploma.
• Must have a valid Driver's License
