The position is full-time, direct-hire, with 45–60 hours per week during peak season and travel to field sites. Strong troubleshooting, independence, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are valued.

• Experience as Diesel/Tractor/Agricultural/Heavy Equipment/Fleet mechanic.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent work abilities.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel to field locations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills; A/C certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues on tractors, harvest equipment, irrigation pumps, diesel engines, and heavy machinery.
• Perform field-service repairs and preventative maintenance at farm and field locations.

Are you an experienced Diesel, Tractor, Agricultural, Heavy Equipment, or Fleet Mechanic looking for steady, hands-on work in California agriculture? A well-established Central Valley ag operation is hiring a skilled mechanic to keep essential farm equipment running during peak season.
