Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on heavy diesel equipment in our busy shop.

The role includes preventive maintenance, fault code diagnostics with computerized tools, and maintaining repair logs while adhering to safety guidelines. High School education required; 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain precise repair logs and adhere strictly to shop safety guidelines.

Keep critical commercial fleets and heavy-duty industrial machinery operating in peak technical condition! We are looking for a skilled, hands‑on Diesel Mechanic to perform advanced diagnostic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance overhauls, and complex mechanical repairs across heavy diesel engines, advanced hydraulic networks, and pneumatic braking systems in our fully equipped shop.

salary: $60,000 - $79,999.99 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, including oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid flushes.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
