Pros Mechanics in Atlanta, GA is seeking Diesel Mechanics to maintain a fleet of heavy‑duty trucks and earth-moving equipment. The shop is clean and modern, with a friendly environment and opportunities for growth and advancement.

You will repair equipment from Komatsu, Ingersoll Rand, John Deere, Caterpillar, Mack and Freightliner. Must have your own tools, strong diagnostic and electrical/hydraulic skills, and be organized with attention to detail. Pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Must have good computer skills.
• Experience performing in-depth engine repairs or engine overhauls.
• Diagnose fault codes and make the necessary repairs as needed.
• Strong electrical and hydraulic skills.
• Perform repairs on over the road truck and construction equipment.
• Must have your own tools.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Job description

Diesel Technicians are in high demand and our client in the transportation industry is looking for Diesel Mechanics to maintain their fleet of heavy-duty trucks and earth moving equipment in Atlanta, GA. Clean modernized shop, friendly environment, opportunity for growth and advancement. In this position you will have the opportunity to repair equipment from a various manufacturer such as Komatsu, Ingersoll Rand, John Deere, Caterpillar, Mack and Freightliner.

Compensation

$25 - $30/hr, wages vary based on experience. Benefits available and includes health, dental, vision, LTD & STD, matching 401k, boots allowance and uniform.

Shift

Days 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday. Should be flexible to work over time. OT paid after 40 hours.
