• Multiple Shifts:

• 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am (Candelwood location)
• Tuesday-Saturday shift: Tue-Thurs, 2pm-10:30pm; Fri, 11am-7:30pm; Sat, 7am-4pm (Hanover location)

Pay Rate: $29.50/hr+, depending on skillset and experience

Job Opening: Diesel Maintenance Technician (B)

Job Overview

The Diesel Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining all medium to heavy duty customer vehicles and equipment (class 8 semis, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.), including performing preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient vehicle operations. The technician will work independently with minimal supervision and must have a personal toolbox. They will also coach and mentor Diesel Maintenance Technician (C) teammates as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Basic knowledge of repairing or replacing structural, body, and mechanic parts of trailers.
• Proficiency with brakes, drivelines, and mechanical engine components on tractors. Strong electrical skills for diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, emissions, and engine components.
• Basic computer skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Class A/B License preferred for some positions
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate
• DOT Brake/Annual Inspection certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
