Apply today!**About the role****This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus.**The Maintenance Mechanic is a skilled worker in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all components of both diesel and gasoline engine driven heavy trucks, construction equipment, and complex hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. This position will be on-site at the Asheboro Carl Road location.**Key Responsibilities*** Diagnose, build, rebuild, and repair all parts of equipment, mechanical, and electrical systems.* Perform inspection, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, hydraulic systems, suspension, brake, and air systems on vehicles and equipment.* Welding and fabricating to repair and build trucks and secondary equipment.* Complete equipment maintenance records.* Perform repairs, including emergency repairs in the field.* Conduct service road calls.* Order supplies and parts.**Qualifications:*** Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in plant and/or heavy equipment maintenance.* Minimum 1-year experience in a diesel mechanical role.* Valid Driver’s License. Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future. The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $43,100.00 - $57,400.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary.
