Job summary

InjectorsDirect.com is seeking a Diesel Injector Testing Technician. Mont injectors in test fixtures, operate test machines, analyze results, and sort products by test outcomes while maintaining equipment and collaborating with other departments to ensure quality and timely production.

Ideal candidates are on their feet all day, perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, and can lift and move components as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mount injectors in test machine fixtures.
• Operate test machines safely, and interpret results of testing.
• Analyze results and perform additional tests as necessary.
• Sort product based on testing results.
• Perform maintenance on testing equipment based on specified maintenance schedule.
• Communicate with other departments in the facility.
• Work overtime when required by business needs.
• Follow good housekeeping practices for workstation, work area, and general office space.
• Adhere to InjectorsDirect.com’s Safety Standards and Policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Needed:

Our ideal candidate will be someone who is not afraid to be on their feet all day working hard. This job requires the ability to work quickly with your hands and have a high level of attention to detail. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with the upper body, lifting, pushing, pulling etc.
