Job summary

Under the guidance of senior technicians, you will learn diagnostic and repair skills while maintaining a safe, collaborative work environment. Starting wage is $21.00 per hour, with scholarship opportunities, mentorship, safety gear, and career development support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2-year diesel engine/mechanics program.
• Maintain good grades.
• Own mechanic tool set.
• This role is safety-sensitive and will require a pre-employment drug test.
• Demonstrates teamwork and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing heavy diesel engines and equipment in a shop environment.
• Support senior technicians and learn diagnostic procedures.
• Respond to customer needs in a positive, timely manner to ensure value for work performed.
