Job summary

Hogan Transportation in Ohio is seeking a Fuel Island Attendant to support local shop and fuel operations. You will greet drivers, fuel and maintain trucks, log daily fueling activities, and assist with parts delivery as needed.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, reliable service, and basic maintenance tasks. A high school diploma is preferred, with a willingness to work around diesel trucks and operate Class E vehicles as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in shop or warehouse environment helpful.
• Desire to work around diesel trucks.
• Skills including customer service, communication, safety, reliability and accountability.
• Ability to work well in team environment.
• Class E driver's license or chauffeur’s license equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets drivers and customers at fuel lanes.
• Maintains, cleans and fuels trucks in shop.
• Fills fluids and performs basic DOT checks.
• Completes fueling log daily.
• Maintains safe, clean fuel island.
• Janitorial duties in shop and office areas.
• Picks up and delivers parts and materials.
• Transports shop employees between equipment as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
