Job summary

Hogan Transportation is seeking a maintenance-support role to assist local facilities with fueling, shop upkeep, and basic repairs. The position involves keeping the fuel island clean, fueling trucks, and performing light maintenance tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a willingness to work around diesel trucks, and the ability to work well in a team. A Class E license or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in shop or warehouse environment helpful.
• Desire to work around diesel trucks.
• Skills include customer service, communication, safety, reliability and accountability.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Class E driver’s license or equivalent to chauffeur’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet drivers and customers as they flow through the fuel lanes.
• Maintain, clean and fuel trucks as they come in and out of the shop.
• Fill all fluids and perform a basic DOT check; monitor PM status.
• Complete fueling log daily.
• Maintain a safe and clean fuel island.
• Perform janitorial duties in shop and office areas; assist outside tasks.
• Picks up and delivers parts and materials as needed.
• Transfer shop staff as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
