Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Two or more years of related work experience preferred
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Customer service skills; ability to understand customer communication
• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, email, understanding codes and instructions
• Thoroughness and dependability
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including shift work, weekends, holidays
• Ability to work at different locations
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all levels
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A preferred
• Position is DOT Safety Regulated and Safety Sensitive

Regulated Service Employee Requirements

• Must obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
• Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, background check, and motor vehicle check
• Additional requirements may vary by location or account

Responsibilities

• Fuel, wash, and detail vehicles
• Perform multi-point inspections, check tire pressure and oil, report issues
• Record fuel activity, maintain fuel and DEF inventories
• Move heavy-duty vehicles
• Perform minor maintenance like tire repairs
• Maintain fuel island area to standards, perform facility and minor maintenance tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned
