Job summary

Findlay Toyota Spokane! is seeking experienced fleet technicians to support our high-volume service operation in the Southwest U.S. The role requires diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles across makes and models, with diesel knowledge preferred.

You will work closely with the Service Advisor to provide accurate estimates and timely repairs. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years in an automotive facility, valid in-state license, and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Certifications in automotive repair with 3+ years of experience.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional services and estimated repair times.
• Knowledge of vehicles of all makes and models; bumper-to-bumper.
• Diesel knowledge preferred.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
